Seamless,
precision drawn mild steel tubes (St 30 Al – St 35)
We
produce seamless, precision drawn mild steel tubes of type
St 30 Al and St 35 alloys in coils and straight lengths.
Not only do we produce to the standards
- DIN 2391 and
- DIN EN 103050-1,
but also to specific customer demands.
We reshape the tubes through cold drawing. Using this method
of cold reworking, we achieved the distinguishing characteristics
of a precision tube. These include dimensional accuracy
of the OD and ID, and if need be small wall thicknesses.
Furthermore resulting in a good surface composition and
defined mechanical properties through cold working and/or
heat treatment.
